Confirmed tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable as per the stated terms. If permitted by fare rules, a processing fee of USD250.00 will be levied by Business Tickets for any refund or exchange request. This fee is in addition to any penalties imposed by the airline and may vary based on the provider's policies.
Tickets eligible for refund or exchange must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure. No-show tickets will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.
When you cancel a reservation, it doesn't automatically trigger a refund. If the fare rules permit cancellation for future use, you will receive a travel credit (minus any supplier fees) for a future ticket purchase on long-haul international flights of equal or greater value. This credit will remain valid for up to twelve (12) months from your original date of purchase.
*Tickets paid for with points are not eligible for cash refunds; instead, only travel credit equal to the points used will be issued.
After tickets have been issued, changes or refunds can only be made before the scheduled departure and are subject to the fare difference and fare rules applicable on the date of the change.
It's important to be aware of the fare restrictions on your tickets. If you require more flexibility with refunds and exchanges, it's advisable to consult your agent and request a fare with fewer restrictions. Airlines offer a variety of fares, some of which allow for exchanges and refunds without penalties or restrictions. Airlines adhere strictly to their policies and do not permit exchanges or refunds if the fare restrictions prohibit it. The fare restrictions are determined by the airlines, and Business Tickets cannot override these restrictions.
Airline tickets are governed by the published conditions of carriage and rules, which include cancellation policies set by the respective airline. The contract of carriage is established between the airline and the passenger when the ticket is issued. Airlines reserve the right to modify flight times and schedules, which may result in itineraries that deviate from contractual agreements. Airlines also have the discretion to change or cancel flights and itineraries as needed. Business Tickets does not assume responsibility for schedule changes made by airlines.
Please ensure to contact the airlines to confirm the current flight details and reconfirm your flights at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure. Failure to use any part of your reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of all subsequent and return flight reservations, and the tickets will be suspended. It's important to note that tickets must be used in the sequence they were issued; using them out of sequence is not permitted.
For international flights, it's recommended to check in at least 3 hours before departure, even if you have a domestic flight before connecting to an international one at another airport.
Passengers traveling to a destination or stopping in a country other than their departure country should be aware of international treaties such as the Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention system, which may apply to their entire journey, including segments within a country. These treaties govern and may limit the carrier's liability, as outlined in applicable tariffs and contracts of carriage.
Notice Regarding Liability Limits: Your journey may fall under the Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention system, each of which regulates and may restrict the liability of airlines concerning death or injury, baggage loss or damage, and flight delays.
The financial limits of liability under the Montreal Convention are as follows: There are no financial limits for death or bodily injury. For baggage destruction, loss, damage, or delay, the limit is 1,100 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 1,300; USD 1,700) per passenger in most cases. For journey delay-related damage, the limit is 4,694 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 5,400; USD 7,100) per passenger in most cases.
Many non-European Community carriers have chosen to apply the provisions of the Montreal Convention limits to the carriage of passengers and their baggage, in line with the requirements of EC Regulation No. 889/2002 for European Community carriers.
Where the Warsaw Convention system applies, the liability limits may vary depending on whether the Hague Protocol to the Convention applies. The limits are typically set at 16,600 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 20,000; USD 20,000) for death or bodily injury under the Hague Protocol, or 8,300 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 10,000; USD 10,000) under the Warsaw Convention alone. However, many carriers have voluntarily waived these limits entirely. Additionally, US regulations mandate a minimum limit of USD 75,000 for journeys involving the US.
For baggage, the liability is typically set at 17 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram (approximately EUR 20; USD 20) for checked baggage, and 332 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 400; USD 400) for unchecked baggage. The carrier may also be responsible for damages caused by delays.
Passengers should inquire with the carrier for specific information regarding liability limits applicable to their journey, especially if the journey involves multiple carriers. It's advisable to make a special declaration of the value of baggage at check-in and pay any supplementary fee for higher liability limits. Alternatively, passengers can opt for full insurance coverage for baggage exceeding the liability limits.
Regarding legal action, any claims for damages must be initiated within two years from the aircraft's arrival date or the date it should have arrived. For baggage claims, written notice must be provided to the carrier within 7 days of receiving damaged baggage and within 21 days for delayed baggage.
When you make a reservation or purchase travel-related goods and services from airline and hotel suppliers, you must adhere to their specific terms and conditions. It's important to carefully review these terms on their respective websites. By choosing to transact with a supplier, you agree to comply with their purchasing terms, including timely payment and adherence to their rules on fare availability and usage. Failure to make full payment promptly may lead to cancellation of your booking by us. Some suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in for additional expenses during your trip, which is separate from your payment to us. You should also be aware that certain third-party providers offering services or activities might require you to sign a liability waiver before participation. Any violation of the suppliers’ rules could result in cancellation of your reservation, denial of access to services, loss of payment, or charges debited to your account by us for related costs.

Passengers traveling internationally must possess a valid Passport, which is necessary for all international flights. Certain countries may also require a visa and/or health card. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas (for transit, business, tourism, etc.), are up-to-date and that they meet any other foreign entry requirements.
Business-Tickets does not possess specialized knowledge and does not offer advice to passengers regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We strongly advise customers to review travel restrictions, alerts, notifications, and advisories issued by relevant governments before booking travel to international destinations. Information about conditions in different countries and the risk level associated with traveling to specific international destinations can be found on websites such as www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, and www.treas.gov/ofac.
Regarding passports and visas: Many countries stipulate that passports must be valid for a certain period from the date of arrival in that country. For inquiries about the required minimum validity period and other conditions or requirements for travel, please contact the Embassy or Consulate of the country you intend to visit or pass through.
Passengers are strongly advised to check visa requirements for all stopovers, as some countries may require a transit visa. Passengers who transit or connect through airports within the European Union's Schengen Zone may require a Schengen Entry visa. Additionally, certain countries may have specific requirements for one-way travel.
Passport and visa information can be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at +1 202 647 5225 or by visiting the State Department's website at Travel.State.Gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entry requirements.
We are not liable if you are denied boarding a flight or entry into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and sufficient passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you are transiting through. This applies to all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not disembark the aircraft or leave the airport.
Health: The recommended vaccinations for travel may vary, so it's advisable to consult your doctor for the latest recommendations before your departure. It's your responsibility to ensure that you fulfill all health entry requirements, receive the recommended vaccinations, take any prescribed medication, and adhere to all medical advice related to your trip. For medical information, you can contact the Centers for Disease Control at (1) 404 332 4559 or visit the CDC's website at https://CDC.gov.
Disinfection: While uncommon, many countries retain the authority to disinfect aircraft in case of perceived risks to public health, agriculture, or the environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have endorsed the following disinfection methods: (1) applying aerosol insecticide inside the aircraft cabin while passengers are present or (2) treating the aircraft's interior surfaces with a long-lasting insecticide when passengers are not on board. The baggage allowance is detailed on the order confirmation from Business-Tickets and also on the electronic ticket. Customers should directly contact the airline listed on their itinerary for the most up-to-date information on baggage allowance, including the permitted quantity, dimensions, and weight for each type of item they intend to bring on their trip. Some carriers offer lower fares that do not include baggage. After selecting a flight, review the order confirmation to determine if baggage is included in the fare. If baggage is not included, it must be added separately. Typically, this can be done through the airline's website. It's advisable to add baggage before check-in as the cost is usually higher at the airport. Policies on baggage allowance and fees for checked or carry-on luggage vary among airlines and may change. Exceeding the airline's specified weight, size, or quantity limits may result in additional charges for luggage handling.
For your ease of understanding, the terms used in these Terms & Conditions will be defined as follows:"Service Element" refers to an individual product or service showcased on the Site that can be reserved separately from any other service. Examples include cars, hotels, and flights.
"Travel Supplier" denotes a provider of one or more Service Elements, such as hotels, car rental agencies, and airlines. Business-Tickets collaborates with third-party Travel Suppliers for these Service Elements, as specified earlier, and operates as an intermediary rather than as a primary entity.
"Booking" refers to the interaction you have with the Travel Supplier through this Site, aiming to acquire one or more Service Elements. This process may lead to a contractual agreement with the Travel Supplier when we receive full payment and approve your request.
To finalize a Booking and validate its authenticity, the following procedures are followed: When we display Service Elements on our Site, it is an invitation for you to propose their purchase. Your offer is made when you click "Book" on the payment page (titled "Review Trip Details and Book") of the site.
Once you've completed this action, you've submitted an offer to Business-Tickets (which is non-retractable if you decide otherwise) to buy the corresponding Service Element(s) from the pertinent Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"). We have the liberty to either accept or decline your offer on behalf of the applicable Travel Supplier, at our own discretion.
The email confirmation from Business-Tickets does NOT signify the formal acceptance of the Booking contract; it serves as a notification that we have received your offer. We must verify the availability of the respective Service Element(s) before finalizing the Booking.
Once the necessary Service Element is confirmed to be available, your Booking will proceed. The contractual agreement regarding the specific Booking becomes effective upon receipt of full payment.
The contract with the Travel Supplier will specifically pertain to the Service Elements for which you receive confirmation via email, including ticket numbers for flights or reservation numbers for hotels, cars, or activities.
The terms outlined in your Booking, including price, availability, and travel dates, are subject to change until the contract is finalized between you and the Travel Supplier, and until a ticket is issued or a reservation is confirmed by the Travel Supplier. Please be aware that after completing the Booking process, any cancellations or modifications (like changes in names or destinations) can only be made at our discretion and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
The Booking procedures described above are applicable to each individual Service Element's Terms & Conditions outlined below. These include the airline ticket Terms & Conditions, hotel Terms & Conditions, car rental Terms & Conditions, and the Terms & Conditions for attractions and services. Any areas not addressed by the Booking process will be supplemented by these specific Terms & Conditions. Please note that we retain the right to modify the Booking process at any time, and such changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the Site.
Throughout your trip, you must have a government-issued photo ID for security checks at airports, hotels, car rental locations, and potentially at attractions and other venues as determined by the relevant Travel Suppliers. Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding, delays, or deportation. Please note that neither Business-Tickets nor its affiliates accept any responsibility or provide refunds in such cases.
Government entry/exit fees may apply, depending on your destination.
You are solely responsible for these fees, which will be in addition to your Booking charges.
All passengers included in your Booking must travel together on the same itinerary. It is not possible to add or remove individual passengers from your Booking.
Business-Tickets has the right to rectify any inaccuracies in advertised prices. In such cases, you may be given the choice to cancel your Booking or authorize Business-Tickets to charge your credit or debit card for any price difference before your departure. Each Service Element included in your Booking is offered by the respective Travel Supplier. The availability of frequent traveler points or miles for any part of your Booking may vary and should be confirmed with the relevant Travel Supplier.
Once your Booking is made, you are not permitted to transfer or modify the name(s) or destination(s) specified in the Booking. The fulfillment of your Booking will occur on the specified delivery date provided in your ticket information email. If no delivery date is mentioned, the fulfillment will take place on the date the ticket is issued, unless extraordinary circumstances arise.
The terms of this agreement include the terms outlined in each airline's contract of carriage, which are referenced herein. Passengers have the right to review the full text of the contract of carriage at the airline's airport or city ticket offices. Upon request, passengers are entitled to receive the complete contract of carriage by mail or other delivery service at no cost. The incorporated terms of the contract of carriage may cover various aspects such as:
1. Limitations on the airline's liability for personal injury, death of passengers, and loss, damage, or delay of goods and baggage, including fragile or perishable items.
2. Restrictions on claims, including the time periods within which passengers must file a claim or take legal action against the airline or its agents for their actions or omissions.
3. Rights of the airline to modify terms of the contract.
4. Guidelines related to reconfirmation of reservations, check-in times, and refusal to carry passengers.
5. Rights of the airline and limitations regarding delays or failures in providing services, including schedule changes, substitution of alternate airlines or aircraft, and rerouting.
Our total prices encompass all taxes and fees relevant to airfare, hotel stays, car rentals, and activities specified in your Booking, unless otherwise indicated in your ticket information email or in these Terms & Conditions. Additional charges like fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservations, incidental charges at hotels, and other applicable service fees may be applicable, and these will be levied by the respective Travel Supplier during check-in. You are solely accountable for any extra charges owed to the Travel Supplier. For inquiries regarding these charges, please get in touch with the relevant Travel Supplier directly.
The prices listed for Service Element(s) do not cover liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off charges, fuel costs, child safety seats, sky racks, or incidental charges at the hotel (such as telephone charges, movie fees, energy surcharges, and any increases in taxes). These charges must be settled at the car rental pick-up location and/or during check-in at the hotel. Additionally, quoted prices exclude any extra flight fuel surcharges or other surcharges that may be imposed periodically by the relevant Travel Supplier or authorities, all of which are your responsibility to pay. If your travel itinerary includes a final destination or layover in a country different from your departure country, the terms of the "Warsaw Convention" treaty might apply to your entire journey, including any segments entirely within the origin or destination country. A reservation is considered incomplete until it is confirmed or ticketed. For customer protection, we verify the accuracy of the billing address and credit card verification number provided to us with the credit/debit card company. We ensure that your debit/charge will be accepted before confirming the reservation. Until this verification is complete, the fare may be subject to change. We are not liable for any declined transactions due to issues with the credit/debit card, including those declined by the issuing company or a travel provider. Additionally, we are not responsible for changes in fare or other charges during the verification process. In cases where the selected fare is unavailable, an approval code may be issued on your credit card, temporarily crediting the amount from your bank account if the transaction is not completed.
Passenger names must precisely match those on their passports, as tickets are non-transferable once issued. Any discrepancies can lead to significant inconvenience or even prevent passengers from using their tickets. Name changes are generally not permitted; only the original passenger can utilize the ticket(s).
Business Tickets exclusively offers electronic tickets (e-Tickets) for all bookings. These e-Tickets will be delivered to the email address you provided during the booking process. Upon issuance of your electronic tickets, you will receive an email confirmation containing the ticket number and reservation numbers for each airline included in your itinerary.

- Any act, event, omission, or accident beyond our control includes, but is not limited to, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions.
- Civil unrest, rioting, invasion, cyber-attacks, terrorist activities or threats, warfare (whether officially declared or not), or preparations for war.

- Inability to utilize railways, shipping services, aircraft, motor transport, or any other public or private transportation methods.
- Disruption or breakdown of utility services, including the inability to access public or private telecommunication networks.

Our company offers services through our agents, including processing customer requests for flight cancellations, changes, or refunds. For these specific services provided by our company, a separate reduced fee will be charged. It's important to note that our company does not have control over the outcome of the cancel/change/refund process, as this is solely at the discretion of the airlines. However, the fee paid to process your request, which is distinct from the airline's fee for these actions, is a service provided by our company and is non-refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that your decision to travel is entirely your own, and you are aware of the current travel recommendations and restrictions, including those related to COVID-19 risks. We do not accept responsibility or liability for unsafe conditions or health hazards, including pandemics or illnesses. Our company does not possess specialized knowledge about travel risks or conditions at destinations.
For information regarding travel-related risks, we recommend consulting the State Department's travel website and the Centers for Disease Control website. We do not take responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements imposed by travel suppliers or governments, such as health forms, screenings, face coverings, or quarantines. For the latest COVID-19 government regulations and travel supplier requirements, we suggest checking relevant websites.
We are not liable for the actions or failures of travel suppliers, including their adherence to schedules, provision of services, refunds, financial default, or honoring of trip credits. While we may assist in obtaining refunds or rebooking trips using credits, we may charge a nonrefundable fee for these services.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by insurers, including those related to COVID-19 or other policy claims. By agreeing to these terms, you assume all associated risks and release us, our agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any liability.
For safety purposes, it is prohibited to pack dangerous goods in either checked or cabin (unchecked) baggage unless expressly permitted. Dangerous goods encompass a range of items, including compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, flammable substances, radioactive materials, oxidizing agents, poisons, infectious materials, and briefcases equipped with alarm devices. Additional restrictions may be in place for security reasons, so it's important to consult with your carrier. Federal regulations prohibit the transport of hazardous materials on aircraft, whether in luggage or on your person.
All Booking Requests must be made using a major credit card unless stated otherwise. The total price will be charged in the currency specified on the booking screen.
Please note that some banks and credit card companies may impose fees for international transactions. If you are booking from outside the United States using a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge a conversion fee. Consequently, the amount shown on your credit or bank card statement may differ from the figure displayed on the billing summary page for a reservation made on the Website. Additionally, if your credit card issuer is located outside the United States, a foreign transaction fee may be applied. When you book international travel, it may be considered an international transaction by your bank or card company, as Business-Tickets may forward your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day they process the transaction. If you have any inquiries regarding these fees or the exchange rate used for your booking, please contact your bank directly.

Flight delay compensation
If the arrival time at the destination is delayed by more than 3 hours due to reasons within the airline's responsibility, such as operational circumstances or technical difficulties, passengers may be eligible for compensation. Business-Tickets will handle the claim process on behalf of the passengers, submitting the claim directly to the airline and forwarding any compensation received from the carrier to the travelers. It's important to report the flight delay to Business-Tickets Customer Support within 24 hours from the time of arrival. However, please note that Business-Tickets cannot guarantee compensation from the airline and is not liable for airline flight delays.

Lost or mishandled luggage
Ticket Protection includes coverage for passengers whose baggage is mishandled by airlines or airport personnel. If the undelivered bag is not returned within 120 hours of your flight's arrival time, Business-Tickets will provide compensation of USD 1000 for each undelivered bag.
- The traveler is required to first file a claim with the airline regarding the mishandled bag before reporting the incident to Business-Tickets.
- Mishandled bags must be reported to Business-Tickets within 24 hours of the flight arrival time by contacting Business-Tickets Customer Support via phone or email.
- Payments for mishandled bags are limited to a maximum of 2 undelivered bags per person.

- If the wrong bag is delivered to you, you must provide proof of the delivery receipt to demonstrate that the wrong bag has been delivered. In such a situation, Business-Tickets will have an additional 72 hours to locate the correct bag, starting either from the initial delivery time or from the time you report the incorrect delivery to Business-Tickets.
- If incorrect information is provided when submitting a mishandled baggage report, you will receive an email requesting the correct information. Failure to respond to this email within 12 hours will result in Business-Tickets not processing the payment for the mishandled baggage.

With Standard Ticket Protection, travelers can change the date and time of their flight by covering any applicable airline exchange fees, and any fare/tax difference that may apply.
It's important to note that the Standard Ticket Protection service will no longer be available if any changes to the booking are made directly with the airline.
Rebooking a flight using the Standard Ticket Protection service is subject to seat availability. If the requested changes result in a more expensive airfare, the fare difference will have to be covered by the traveler.
Customers can use the Standard Ticket Protection service once for a specific booking.
The rebooked journey using the Standard Ticket Protection service must be completed within one year from the date of issuance of the original booking.
